Evan carries on a broad civil and commercial litigation practice.
He frequently deals with commercial landlord and tenant disputes, failed real estate transactions, wrongful dismissal, partnership and shareholder conflicts, libel and slander, mortgage enforcement, debt collection, and many other cases.
He regularly appears in the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and has also been to the Federal Court and to the Federal Court of Appeal.
Evan enjoys spending his spare time at either a movie theatre, poker table, or Blue Jays game.
